Holiday Inn Express & Suites POCATELLO, an IHG Hotel

We loved the view and the breakfast! Avery comfortable stay!

We stayed overnight on Saturday, October 5th for a quick weekend getaway. We were offered a room upgrade at no extra charge, which was very nice. The room was very clean and roomy. The only thing that could have been better was the pull out couch mattress. The mattress was very thin, so the springs were not cushioned at all making it uncomfortable. It worked out fine though. Also, the pool was not heated, so it was very cold to swim in. That didn’t stop the kids from having fun still. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Location is great, however, the AC was making noise so maintenance came to fix it. The AC filter was dirty and was not changed - change 4 times a year. The bath tub was in poor shape, rusty, two large spots that had been worn down and maybe poor repaired There was no coffee maker, only one plastic glass,

Booked a Accesibe two queen bed room for my 85 year old. Mother-in-law with a walker—-so we Would have a walk-in shower —- they said they had none —I paid extra for it and when I got there, they said they did not know anything about it. They said it was a Expedia issue and that this happens all the time Of course we were not happy

After traveling for 22 hours, a service issue on our brand new vehicle they were kind enough to get us into a room early.

I was there for a family funeral and it was nice to relax in a clean quiet place.

The best hotel on this trip so far

We just went to see museum in the area and a get away to relax. Really loved they had swimming open 24 hrs a day

Excellent on evert. Room was so comfortable we wished we coukd stay longer. Hope to teturn on our way back to AZ

Upon arriving for check-in, we were greeted warmly by the front desk. They recommended a restaurant that turned out to be 5-star! The room was stunning and clean. Complimentary breakfast was exceptional! Will stay here again!

The balcony was fabulous and the view was spectacular. Your amenities were amazing!!!

Stay was wonderful with excellent service! Great room and very modern. Only complaint is that the carpet was stained in many places and one piece of furniture was stained.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The coffee was available 24/7 in the breakfast area. You could get a freshly brewed cup at any time.

Staff was polite and friendly. Hotel has a great view.
