The hotel is clean and comfortable. Recommended.

Perfect location, lots of stuff to do and go see. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the room I was staying the TV for some reason had voices really really quiet. Background noise was really loud, but the voices of the actors we super quiet.

Clean hotel, friendly and professional staff. Will stay again when in town.

Everything was great the only thing is the front desk lady was a little rude at check in but after that everything was great and everyone else was very friendly including the cleaning and dinning staff.

Everything was & looked clean. I like that the sheets were immaculate white, and so were the bathroom walls & counter. The lobby looked clean also and simple, but had striking lovely Christmas decors. Breakfast food were substantial & balanced.. The room has lots of counter tops to put things on!

Nice hotel

The hotel is close to shopping (Keizer Station) and dining options, and a short drive from our daughter’s house when we visit. The lobby and rooms are very clean and fairly new. We stayed on the third floor, so our room was very warm, even though we had the heat off. At night we had to turn on the A/C just to be comfortable enough to sleep. We inquired about moving to another room on the ground floor, and were initially told our room type was not available. So, we suffered through the three nights we stayed there over Christmas. After the second night, we were offered to move, but we felt it was too much hassle for one night.

Great costumer service and the room super clean

The reservation was under my name and we tried to use a credit card to pay that belonged to my husband. He was with me. They would not accept it. Said the reservation had to be under his name. I have never experienced this before. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

First time visiting Salem. I wasn’t at all disappointed by the service or facilities. Job well done by all made my stay pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The included breakfast offers plenty of options. The overall cleanliness was near excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The property is within walking distance of stores and restaurants. You would think it would be loud being close to other buildings, but surprisingly it is nice and quiet.
