Holiday Inn Express & Suites SCOTTSBURG, an IHG Hotel

I was traveling with an infant and my daughter for a funeral The staff graciously let us stay for later checkout to accommodate a nap for the baby before the funeral in the morning Much appreciated

Very clean. And friendly staff, I will definitely be coming back!

Staff is always fantastic but the were having internet problem and I couldn’t get anything done. Also, a car alarm went off very early for 10-15 minutes. Not there fault of course.

I love the small town atmosphere. The staff were nice and polite. I don’t like that it was so difficult to make a left turn onto the Main Street. There really should be a traffic light leaving the hotel.

Check in was smooth as silk. Much appreciated.

Great hotel

Great facility! I like that Holiday Inn stopped using the disposable toiletries and use refillable containers now. I wish their next step will be replacing styrofoam plates and making an effort to recycle.

The room was ok. The property is dated.

I wish there was more parking for a truck towing a trailer. We like to look out and see our vehicle during the night and couldn’t do that because of the parking situation. Hotel and staff are great though.

Looked almost brand new.

Our room was ready when we arrived. The room was clean, the frig worked fine, room was clean, breakfast was hot/good. Parking was convenient.

Enjoyed our time there.

Booked a standard room (king), was given either a queen or maybe even a full, not sure which. Was too tired to care honestly, at least it was comfortable but my wife and I were sandwiched together lol. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom discovered on the morning of packing up. During breakfast, sadly the pancake machine was broken (it happens) but the entire selection of whole milk was expired. Like September 11th dated expired and it was then the 21st. Yes it was taken care of quickly, but this was 12 cartons easily, not one or two. Other than that the hotel was fine though I'm not sure we would stay here again.
