Overall fine hotel. Loved being conveniently across the street from Busch Gardens, but the facilities felt a bit old and the general area seemed a little bit on the sketchy side.

Good location. Close to the airport/cruise port/beach. Fast food options only without driving. The room was clean and nice. No coffee maker/bottled water. The front desk staff did not seem very patient and happy to assist guests.

Very convenient and nice stay! The shuttle and driver to be dropped off and picked up at Busch gardens was very convenient! Out stay was perfect

the room smelled musty and the ac unit had a funky smell that made me turn it off , the bath tub looked dirty and had pink rings around it , carpet had stains and looked dirty
