Holiday Inn Express & Suites VINITA, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was poor! Multiple food items and serving trays were empty. Manager said their oven was broken but that couldn’t explain the lack of fruit, bagels, and pastries

So many choices at the hot breakfast and beautifully served!

After checking in found that our key cards didn't work. Was admitted by receptiomist and told someone was called to fix. Maintenance finally came around 7pm and replaced batteries in door lock. I guess there wasnt another room available where key card worked. Swivel TV but everytime we moved it the plug came out. During the course of the night and in the am, we could hear very loudly the showers in nearby rooms. Poor construction. Breakfast was marginal. With all this, we were charged a room rate of $165 plus tax...$184. At best, this hotel was worth $100. Probably wont be staying at Holiday Inn Expresses for awhile. We are heading to AZ and have booked the next 2 nights at LaQuinta. So far, nicer and less money.

Staff was very friendly & welcoming. A nice variety of hot & cold breakfast items was available. Coffee was good and strong. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. The shower had great water pressure and a nice shower head. I would like to switch out styrofoam dishware & go to paper at breakfast. . Gluten free option would have been welcomed as well. The workout facility did not have any free weights but the three exercise machine were nearly new. Non-smoking hotel is great but smokers congregated at near front entrance which was unpleasant. Room had an unpleasant smell when we checked in. I regret I didn’t ask to be moved right away as we spent a very damp night. The fact that the bathroom lacked a vent fan was certainly part of the problem & made the room more unpleasant. Overall we both felt the room was overpriced.

Good experience

This was the first time Ive stayed in a HI Express in years. I was very impressed with the property, the staff and, of course, the breakfast offering. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and well maintained. It was a good experience

Beds and pillows amazing. Clean room & shower. Good breakfast. Excellent staff. Very friendly and informative of area.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The free breakfast was fresh and fully stocked even towards the end which we appreciated since we're late bloomers. We got the standard king which was perfect for our one night stay.

Strong mold smell in the room and bethroom.

The property was the perfect place for us to stop overnight on our trip back to Ohio felon New Mexico and Arizona.

We needed an early (very early) check in to freshen up for a funeral and they made that happen. All the employees were great! Always a smile from everyone.
