Parking is in the back and to enter need to do it from the back door

The room was very clean, the pillows where very flat and the duvet had a strange smell. Greta customer service, the elevator was not working.

Had a nonsmoking room but hallway had a smokey odor.

Check in person did not greet us upon arrival and continued to do something on the computer which would have been fine if we had been acknowledged with a hello, I’ll be just a second. Mannerism was abrupt and not at all welcoming. Everything else was great.

It was comfortable and with a good breakfast.

We had a great stay, except our key cards didn’t work on two occasions. We know not to store them near our phones, so we don’t believe that was the issue.

I’ve been working in this area for a couple years now and this is the best place I’ve stayed in yet. Definitely the best value

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Waterville, Maine is a wonderful place to stay. The facility is quite spotless and well-maintained, inside and out; our guestroom was very clean and featured soft and comfy beds, cozy bedding, good lighting (even night lights!), and an efficient heating and cooling unit that was so quiet that we didn't even notice it was operating; and our bathroom was very clean and well-equipped. My sons and I took advantage of the hotel swimming pool, and found the pool and the pool area to be immaculate; we enjoyed the pool immensely. In the morning, the hotel breakfast was fresh, delicious, and featured a variety of satisfying options; our favorite items were the omelets and the cinnamon rolls. Additionally, every single hotel employee we encountered -- at the front desk, or in the breakfast area, or in the hallways -- was well-trained and friendly. My sons and I enjoyed our stay, and we would ABSOLUTELY stay here again !!! Six thumbs up. :-)

Had to stop due to a snow storm and terrible road conditions. sign posted at counter states if you lived local you would be turned away. Thankfully I made the cut off but the check in desk was very strict on checking ids and nothing about this is posted on booking web sites. He also seemed annoyed he was working

This hotel accommodate families very well. We were in a one bedroom suite where there were two queen beds in the bedroom and a full size bed in the pull out couch. The beds were comfortable, the sofabed wasn’t bad. The suite was spacious and clean. The breakfast was also very good, better than what I am unexpected. They had plain eggs, egg omelette (cheese in the middle), pork and turkey sausages, hash brown, automatic pancake maker, cinnamon rolls, breads, bagels, butter, Greek yogurt, etc. the staff was very kind and accommodating too.

Our stay began with my coworker and I standing in the lobby for 15 minutes (we arrived just after 9pm) waiting for assistance. Both office doors with open behind the counter with no one in them. We eventually located the desk agent when my coworker left the lobby and went down the hall. the Agent was with a guy who said he didn't work there, and he didn't appear to be a guest. The agent was abrupt and rude, acted as if we had interrupted her evening by asking to check into our rooms. Overall check-in was an awful experience. The room was clean but very had minimal amenities. On a positive note, the bed was extremely comfortable.
