Holiday Inn Express & Suites WICHITA AIRPORT, an IHG Hotel

Hotel was closed no cancelation notice.Tried to contact hotels. com.They would not answer my chat In need a refund.

Service was great good location but our bathroom was far from clean. Beds were quite comfortable. The room was comfortable.

We heard every sound from both sides, traffic and the bath tub wouldn’t drain. Won’t be going back.

Paid for three guests. Was told my sister could not be in the hot tub because only guests were to use it( she was the third guest). Then told she had to pay for her own room. Asked to change rooms due to children running and screaming in the room above is, loud water leak/drip in the ceiling and was told they had no rooms available. No sleep. But the clerk in the morning confirmed they did in fact have other rooms.

Will stay at this place again if in the area

We had trouble with our key card not working properly. Card reader at back area did not work. The floor in the pool area was very slippery when wet. Could use some texture

Didn’t say anything about a cost of leaving your vehicle in the parking lot. Would not have booked this hotel room had they disclosed that info.

Water issues in picture. Felt like tub liner was going to break, it moved every time you stepped.

Becca was very friendly and great during check-in.

The hosts at the front desk were most accommodating. There was a slight incident when I was getting into the airport shuttle and Victor called me later to make sure I was still OK. That was above and beyond the call of duty!!! He’s a real gem!!!

Very clean and friendly

Staff was friendly and's competent. Spent the hours of 1am to 3am listening to someone playing there car stereo in the parking lot.

We were woke up at 8:45 am with house keeping entering our room. Then 10 minutes later tried again. Checkout is at 11am.

Oh, sorry no pool towels, oh sorry the jacuzzi doesn't work. Very unhappy!

Awful experience and even worse customer service. I booked a king suite conference room, I come to check-in, get my keys & get to the room to find it’s a plain room and not what I booked. I called the front desk and advised them the room they gave me was incorrect. They stated “Yes, I know. The room you booked isn’t Available so we gave you what we had next. And you’re still getting a cheap rate soooo….” Totally rude. Trying to charge me for a suite yet put me in plain king room with stains on the bedding and curtains. Unacceptable. They were also unwilling to give me any kind of discount. I will not be back nor will I recommend anyone stay here.

Door lock did not work. Staff couldn't get it to work but tried and were friendly. Bed was firm. Wallpaper was peeling

Breakfast was terrible. Wallpaper was peeling off walls, brown ring around pool and just overall not a relaxing stay.
