Holiday Inn Express & Suites WILLIAMSPORT, an IHG Hotel

There is nothing bad about the property or its staff. We are very pleased.

Very clean and comfortable

The hotel rooms and breakfast are nice but the room service is terrible!! The one day we got no room service. One day they only gave us one set of towels for 5 people! One day they didn’t vacuum! Extremely disappointed!!

I was travelling alone and first I was giving an adjoining room. I asked to be moved because in my experience you can hear people talking on the other side. The front desk told me there were plenty of rooms and I requested the river/mountain view side. He said people say it's noisy. I said the highway doesn't bother me, only people talking in adjoining rooms. He assigned me to the back with a view of an ugly roof and a concrete wall. And I still heard noises in the middle of the night which sounded like a freight train but I don't think there are tracks nearby so not sure what that was. Also first I reserved the king room with sofa bed, thinking I would be able to sit on the couch and watch tv. When he upgraded me to the suite, there was a sofa but in a different part of the room and facing away from the TV looking at a blank wall, so I couldn't watch tv from the sofa. It was a very odd layout. And if you're a family thinking a suite will provide some privacy, it won't. In fact the head of the bed faces the sofa, so you'll be directly looking in the face of each other. Also I tried using the pool and was disappointed that there were no towels at all. I think they should be checking that. On the plus side it's very clean and spacious.

Everything was great!

The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and quite large. The hotel is a great location right off of the highway and walking distance to places to eat and shop. The grandkids loved the pool! We will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

I appreciated their flexibility for me to check-in late on my arrival day, was met with kindness with any staff member I encountered, and I felt safe as a solo traveler in my room/parking lot/surrounding area!

Great location. Quiet even though it's by the highway. Comfortable rooms and beds. Great breakfast. Great value for the money

Clean and convenient. Just what I needed. The walls were thin though. I could hear the patrons next door.

Hotel was comfy and enjoyable. Breakfast was very pleasant. Person in the room next to me was coughing up a storm and I could here it all night long but that isn’t the hotel’s problem

Awesome stay with my grandkids. Watched college softball at the World Series complex.
