Excellent staff! Friendly, helpful, competent and quick. The breakfast was one of the best Holiday Inn Express breakfasts I've had. And Holiday Inn Express tends to do a pretty good job.

Not very clean although I have stayed in worse, room was stuffy! This seemed like newer hotel so I was disappointed. Pool was closed due cleanliness issue was the rumor.

Pool and hot tub was not working at the time of staying. Bed framing was broke. It made a terrible noise. And rough towels. Beds were ok. Just not what i expected for the price.

The pool was closed, I guess because of the construction outside. The bathroom drain had a big ball of hair on drain. The bathroom door is a finger pinching hazard. The Continental breakfast was not managed very well and the front desk attendants didn’t greet people coming in and out. I also have 2 separate charges that there is no explanation for
