Holiday Inn Express CAPE CORAL-FORT MYERS AREA, an IHG Hotel

Great property and friendly staff!

Decent hotel but we could hear everything from rooms nextdoor - tv, talking, phone notificatoons... Even with door to balcony cllsed we xould hear the karaoke bar singers from dowwn tje street so don't get a room in bacK.

Clean and comfortable room. Molly at the front desk was very pleasant and informative about the area.

Very conveniently located. Staff was friendly, communicative and informative. The room is clean, nicely scented and the beds are comfy. Very satisfied

Staff accuse me of smoking in the room and burning a chair on the balcony however, that chair had a hole in it when we arrived at 8 PM at night, which was dark did not even know it was a burn however I live in the area so it wasn’t like this Was a problem with my vacation. I was only staying one night so there was no need for me to get playing the room had a slight smell and about the chair being burnt they tried to say that I smoked in the room, but when we arrived there, there was already Blunt wrapper, pack, and ashes all over the balcony. We had the fan on on not Auto because we would get hot and cold, and I believe this made the extra smell in the room.

The staff was nice hotel was dirty. The room was not clean and the bathroom was disgusting. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom and someone lost a fake nail don’t worry we found it. The room smelled musty which is common for warmer climates. I’m not sure why this hotel has a higher rating. If it was clean it would be a great place to stay. We stayed for 2 nights and won’t be returning.

The only thing i have to say is that everything seems to be clean, but it was bot a pleasant smell neither in the halls or in the room. They should add some good scence smell around the property and in the room

Breakfast is fantastic - lots of options and well stocked. Parking was easy even though they were full. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool area was beautiful and well kept. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Great place. It’s showing its age a little but still in great shape.

Molly in the check in area was excellent , high level of professionalism

This was a great hotel. I would stay again. The only thing I would say is that I wish that there was a designated staff elevator for the cleaning crew.

Waited 45 mins to get into lobby bc front desk was on break. Ridiculous.

Street noise. Slow to no WiFi.
