The woman on the front desk made our night. The most friendly welcome and she went out of her way to make sure my 83-year-old dad had a room close to the entrance so he didn’t have to walk too far. She was very helpful in providing us necessary info for airport shuttle. She was overall the loveliest person, genuinely wanting to help us have the best stay. Very authentic.

Airport shuttle stops at 10 which I should have asked before assuming my 10:30 flight was going to be a problem.
Breakfast is a good breakfast.

This Holiday Inn Express is fairly newly renovated with corporate colors and ambiance and set up very nice. Much better than older properties in the area. I will use this hotel again.

Very friendly staff. Proactive at communicating with me about my shuttle service in the morning from my request last night. Checking to see if my requested time was still correct. I asked for an an adjustment to later in the morning, and they immediately accommodated. Clean rooms, easy wifi, lots of power access for electronics.

The guest service who check in me was rude, not helpful at all. I requested to be second floor , She said I booked with Expedia, so I will not have any advantage for choosing the floor I would like to stay. On other hand the other guest services were more helpful.
I feel that I am not welcome.
She may my stay not lovely.
