I love that I'm right here at home sometime I need to get away and this is the perfect spot for me love the Dove body wash just what I use and I know a lot of the staff there everyone is awesomeness I love the coffee shop self serve I love tea only thing missing is lemon and honey 👍👍❤️

My stay was Great. The staff was amazing, very welcoming and engaging. Room was extremely clean as well as the property. My only issue was my heat did not work! There was no wall unit to control the temperature. There was a digital PTAC system, but even set to High fan and 85 degrees, it continued to blow out cold air. It snowed that night and temperatures dropped below 20 degrees. My husband and I were exhausted and went straight to bed after arriving around 10pm, we assumed it would take time to warm up. After waking up around 1am to an extremely cold room we just turned the unit off. These things happen!

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Staff was kind and helpful. I only wish I didn’t get a room next to the ice chest as that was very noisy.

This Property had roaches in the room. Immediately after I flipped the light on some scattered. I was anble to grab a photo which I will post where possible. immediately left the room only touching one light switch. The lady at the desk refused my refund & refused to refund my incidental fee of $100. Do not stay here unless you want to be robbed & you want roaches in your home Aug 2024
