The staff was helpful and friendly. They had excellent knowledge of the area and the amenities. They were very accommodating of the pool area and the breakfast area. We had a wonderful time and are considering making it a yearly event.

We were very impressed with the customer service as we had special room requests and Kim was amazing at helping us. All the staff was so friendly. Our only issue was that the television service was not functioning properly and there was no resolution provided. Even after a call to the company that provides the service there was no fix accomplished and there is no one on the staff qualified to address the issue. But we did not let that minor issue ruin an otherwise fantastic stay.

Jackie checked us in and she was very kind and welcoming. Our room was very clean and plenty of options for shows on the TV. The pool was clean and warm which was a huge plus for the kids. Very nice work out room with all the equipment you can think of. Oh and the full included breakfast was delicious! We made pancakes and had sausages and eggs and cinnamon rolls. A !
