The hotel was clean and every staff member we encountered was friendly! The breakfast was good. Will stay there again!

Really disappointed in the cleanliness, everything was very worn. The number rating of this place should be a 6.5 at best.

Everything was good

First and foremost, the staff at this property is exceptional. I had an issue, my own mistake, regarding my reservations, and they were very helpful. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, and very helpful. The first-floor rooms have a great view and have a porch onto a grass area. Makes it easy to take your dog out first thing. And it is right next to the beach. Those rooms are a good location in the building. The room itself was fine. The size was good, and it was relatively comfortable. Mattress was a bit hard. Heater worked well. Nothing fancy, but fine. The breakfast was very good. There were some wonderful cinnamon rolls, and a variety of hot and cold food. The omeletes were very good.

The room was perfect. The balcony was amazing and the view of Mackinac island was even better. Very clean, and pleasant hotel. Breakfast was also amazing! Overall, great place to stay.

Great views of the lake and great breakfast in the AM to start the day.

The hotel was as good as a resort!!! The only thing missing was electronic front doors.

Great lake front location and close to town

Clean. Liked the layout of the rooms. Staff was great. Breakfast wasn’t good. We ate elsewhere. Would stay again!!

Exceptional breakfast bar. Friendly staff. Check in was easy. Rooms were clean but had an odor. Walls and floors are thin able to hear above us walking and the person next door turn the water on for a shower. Great balcony over looking a fire pit and the lake.

The room was clean but it had a musky wet smell. And a dehumidifier and that was loud . The pool and hot tub was great very clean and the water was warm in the pool. Over all was a nice stay.
