Check in was great. Always saw staff cleaning. Every staff I saw said hello. Breakfast was really nice!! Tons of options. That bacon was crunchy and perfect!!

The hotel seems to be older, but still in good condition. The location was right off the interstate but still close to lots of Williamsburg shopping and places to see.

the bath tub was stained (yellow stain), no hot water, the sink was not clean the drain hole was dirty with green black and water had a horrible smell. Poor quality of the towels, left lint allover my body or they were not washed. The iron settings were not working and burnt my husband pants. The steam feature was squirting water.. They should check if the irons work so they don't ruin patron' clothing and we had a wedding to attend.. very stressful

The staff in the morning taking care of the breakfast area was very friendly and great. I wish the front desk was a little more friendlier. I didn't see any brochures for things to do in the area up front when you come in. You had them down the hall in a cubby area by the washer and dryer.
