A very nice stay. Only issue was the sound proofing between rooms. Our "neighbors" had very energetic children. Staff was great. Very helpful. Sent us to a great restaurant.

It’s okay, my aunt is a politician and I found out all of the employees that work at that location. Couldn’t make trip for thanksgiving and they refused to refund me but instead kept my money. Had to try multiple times to get my money back but they kept refusing to issue refund knowing situations happen. At the end of the day God don’t like ugly and the higher ups in my family will make sure to get the manager removed. It’s all good

My bathroom was not cleaned and there are a lot of mattresses at the aisle. Obviously, there are working on a lot of changes but those things smell terrible.

First of all, I was not recognized as a Rewards Member. I had to tell the clerk at front desk. I always have trouble logging into my Rewards account to make reservations.
During the stay, lots of slamming doors all throughout both nights of stay. When I tried to check out, I stood at front desk for at least 20 minutes for staff to come to front desk, even after ring the counter bell. I stay at IHG hotels a lot, but not sure if I will use this one again.
