Holiday Inn Express WOODSTOCK-SHENANDOAH VALLEY, an IHG Hotel

Property was clean and well kept. Staff was courteous and polite. Thank you very much.

Only issue was when we first got there the room was super cold. It took more then 2 hrs for it to warm up. My suggestion is that they should turn on the heat prior to a customers arrival. Especially wheb the temperature out side is below freezing.

The property was well kept. The room was clean and comfortable. I was very pleased with this choice.

Very close to highway, so a great place to stop on long trips. Price was good too.

Hotel was very quiet and overall a great stay. The bathroom had some stains in it from Water. Functionally it was fine, just visually was a little offputting. I stay at this hotel 3 to 4 times a year coming back home from Florida. I would recommend it overall.

I have previously stayed here at this property and it was decent. This stay was horrible. Upon check in the bathroom was dirty, the bath tub had hair in it and rust stains in the tub and on the sides. We notified housekeeping to clean our room since they don't automatically clean it everyday during your stay. When walking out of the hotel there were 4 housing keeping people cleaning on room, one was laying on the cart in the hallway on the clean linens, another was laying on the bed in the room sleeping and the others watching tv. Yet we got attitude about requesting our room to be cleaned. On our last morning of our stay we woke up to the ceiling in the bedroom falling. Pieces of the stucco paint was all over our bed and floor. There was a huge bubble on the ceiling as if there was water damage from the roof leaking. We contacted the front desk immediately and a guy came up and took pictures of the ceiling and floor, blown away as we were. Upon check out we were assured that management would be in contact regarding the ceiling issue. Management never called but the front desk lady did and was like sorry the manager can't really do anything but perhaps offer you up to a 50 dollar refund. I asked for the manager's name and phone number and the lady laughed and said KP. Like this is a serious matter. I had a baby in the room with me and thank GOD the paint didn't fall into her crib, who knows what was in the ceiling we inhaled. WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!

Nice Clean Quiet

Staff very nice , friendly , polite and helpful , room very clean and comfortable ..however our room faced the highway , very noisy from the 24 hour traffic , i wish better soundproof windows .. the included breakfast was ok , could be better , coffee however was excellent ! available 24 hours .. .. overall a nice , conveniently located hotel ..
