Phenomenal! Loved my room on the top floor as I requested. Not a guarantee to always have it but they checked me in quickly, the lobby was phenomenal and the absolute kindness most professional staff around! My new place to stay if I can get the top floor when I’m in Grand Rapids!

The main lobby and bar area are updated and the staff was amazing! A few things to think about though: the walls are thin! You can hear everything in the halls, adjoining rooms, floor above you, constant doors slamming. There is only an option for breakfast, vending and a bar. There is a gas station across the parking lot if you’re looking for other options. The rooms seem outdated but very clean.

Our bathroom was dirty. Hair in the tub and light switches had visible debris on it. The room could have been cleaned better. Our stay was pleasant, however. The staff was excellent, very welcoming, and kind. We’d stay again.
