Holiday Inn HOUSTON NE - BUSH AIRPORT AREA, an IHG Hotel

Clean and friendly.

Room Phone didn’t work, room didn’t have noise reduction protection , room next to us played lough music and we could heard everything they said or did during their night like sex activity, we even heard when they shower or flush the toilet, very uncomfortable stay, we WILL NEVER come back or recommend the hotel. Because phone didn’t work, I had to go down to reception to make front desk aware about the phone and of the loud music, they sent someone to fix the phone but it needed to be changed and they didn’t have any at that time, the guy talked to the room next and music was shut off. However, like I mentioned before the hotel rooms are not noise protected nor have noise reduction and you can heard everything from rooms next to. We couldn't rest AT ALL after a long hours flight and waiting to board another 5 hrs flight. We waisted hour money staying at this hotel. We were exhausted in the morning as we weren’t able to relax. Also, when booking the room it says breakfast was run from 6-9am but didn’t specify that is on weekdays and we paid for breakfast as we had to leave at 6:30am but for our surprise breakfast bar was open on weekends staring at 7am which we couldn’t used the voucher and hotel didn’t refund us the money we paid because the room was paid through a third party which We contacted it and the third party contacted the hotel and hotel didn’t want to refund the breakfast money because it was an add-on. We totally regret staying at this hotel, DO NOT WAIST

Both front desk and restaurant staff were excellent!

Pretty nice hotel . Very clean . Very comfortable bed and pillows. Looks pretty new/ updated. Close to the airport. Coffee machines in the room, fluffy towels and a complimentary airport shuttle ( you must call the hotel to send it). I did not like the receptionist attitude though . She did not seem very uninterested in serving her clients , did not say hello and waited for ne to say that first. Very loud , and kinda rude and very dismissive. She was in a hurry to give me my room key and that’s it. No info about the wifi, the restaurant or the shuttle . I had to stop her in her tracks, to ask about the wifi and the next morning airport shuttle schedule/ procedure fir pick up , as I did not even have my passport put away, nor moved one inch from where I was sitting and she already wanted to speak with someone else . Not a good imagine for the hotel . Time for some customer service training.

This was a great hotel to stay at for our overnight layover in Houston. The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable.

The shuttle never picked me up from the airport so I had to pay for an uber. The shuttle was the only reason I booked here. They did take me to the airport the next morning.

Excellent stay, spotless clean room with comfortable bed. Breakfast selection limited but ok

No water in the rooms. You have to pay. Shuttle did not come for 40 minutes. I was told it came but I must have missed it. Okay. If you say so. No calling back the customer to check if shuttle picked them after several calls asking where the shuttle is.

Great place to stay near tge airport

Great hotel. Great service and beds are amazing. FYI the shuttle runs from 5 am to 10 pm. If you are arriving after 10 pm the very short ride will cost you over $20.
