My bed was not comfortable - new mattress needed very old bed

Staff member greeted us with a warm welcome.

I loved there, I’ll came Back for sure!! All the girls on the lobby was amazing to help me

I don’t understand why I have to ask for a set of towels every day. The people at the front deskmust enjoy handing out towels. If I am running this hotel, I solve this issue in one email. But what do I know.

The area is quiet and safe. Bed is comfy. Its just the bathroom doorlock in our room is broken but everything is fine.

The only thing I didn’t like was the carpets on the floors were stained & very dirty.

They did let us check in early, but had to take a smaller room. No restaurants or shopping in walking distance, but they do have a shuttle van.

The maintenance is not good. The room phone didn't work so i had to call reception desk front my cell phone, long wait as there are many customers and they don't know you are a guest since you call from a cell phone. The bathroom was in bad condition.

I liked mostly everything. Staff were very helpful and kind. My only complaint is that the beds were very old and uncomfortable. We struggled sleeping because of back pain from mattress.

This is the third annual time that I stay here. The first room they gave us smell like smoke. They did give us another room that one as well have a strange odor and the AC didn't work they did send up a guy to fix it .The carpet walking up to the room was absolutely disgusting. But the most horrible thing about our stay was we were awakened about 1:30 with the room next door having a party I called the front desk and I was told that they already had a report of it and that the guests had left and I told him the party is still going on .They did send up security and they immediately turned down the music when security left they still were playing music they eventually left about 2:00 by this time my sleep was Disturbed and I had an early morning 6-hour drive home not happy with my stay this time not at all.

The ONLY complaint I have about the stay is that the ice maker on our floor wasn’t working, so we had to go to different floors just to get ice
