Clean, excellent service, friendly staff, breakfast staff is wonderful.

Great place to overnight while traveling. Restaurant was awesome. Food was delicious and great options. The breakfast brunch was great too. Highly recommend.

Had issues with people staying next door being very loud. Had to call front desk, call their room, and pound on connecting door. Hotel was clean and very nice, rooms we very nice, night staff at front desk very sweet and welcoming!!!!!

My sister and I had a very pleasant day, and it became more pleasant when Amy and Dawn at the front desk, helped us with our boarding, passes being printed out. Amy even helped me fix my Maps app which was making me crazy because it wouldn’t speak and she fixed it in about two seconds. She went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer. I was also surprised how quiet it was considering it was so close to the airport.

Perfect for getting around different places to go

All of the staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, breakfast was good with options and always warm.

The building was clean. We enjoyed the evening meal at the bar and grill. And the morning breakfast was what we wanted.

The hotel itself was clean, quiet and with good water pressure in the shower. AC was a bit wonky but overall room was good. However, I was VERY disappointed by the poor Customer Service response I got when I informed the manager as well as the head of Housekeeping that the house-keeping staff had inadvertently taken my sleep shirt which was hanging on a hook in my room. I went to the Front Desk on 2 separate occasions and made 2 phone calls after I got home and I felt like they kept passing me off to someone else ("I'll ask the manager to call you" then the manager said "I'll ask the Head of Housekeeping to call you".) There was no follow up and no recompense for my nightshirt, which didn't have high monetary value but much sentimental value. Very disappointing response. Will probably not return due to poor customer service response.
