Only spent one night there before leaving on a cruise and we enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff in hotel and restaurant. Food was great! Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

I had to switch rooms twice. The hotel rooms are dirty. The fire alarm kept going off for a few seconds at a time at intervals of one minute at 12:30am. There was a small shard of glass on the floor that got stuck in my toe. Just a very unpleasant experience at this hotel.

Bad experience. I was given a 2 queen room when I booked one king size room. There was no water bottles ( even I was told ant front desk that there are water bottles and iron in the room. Almost no parking there. I see plenty of trucks parked there which took a lot of Parking space.

Staff was rude and didn’t accommodate to any requests we had. Charged 20$ per person for a degrading continental breakfast buffet. We had to leave by 11am and couldn’t do no late check out not even offered for a small fee or anything. After everything they make sure to give you a cookie… one cookie complementary for each person. And after paying 260$ the bed was not comfortable. I don’t recommend to anyone to stay here.

My family could not sleep because of the noise of a contruction on 1st floor , when we went to the front desk were told it was at full capacity and therevwas nothingv that they could do , so we left. I would like a full refund.
