Holiday Inn NEW LONDON - MYSTIC AREA, an IHG Hotel

The desk staff are wonderful and amazingly kind, helpful, and professionally friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Though the hotel was busy, it was quiet. Overall the stay was lovely and relaxing.

Property is clean and well kept. The staff is exceptional, we were there for a cheer and dance comp. Let us use a meeting room th feed the kids and parents pizza and salad.when we left my grand daughter realized she had left her wedding ring in the room doing girls hair. The manager found them and shipped them to use. Always stay at this hotel when near new london and that is why

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Holiday Inn! All the staff I came in contact with were kind and professional. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and the heating/air conditioning system was run by wall thermostat and worked perfectly. The bathroom was quite large and came equipped with Dove products (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion) and a hair dryer. The water pressure was wonderful as well as the hot water temp. Other great room features were the microwave, mini fridge and small business desk. In the lobby was a business service area with computer and printer, luckily. The in-house restaurant, La Luna, served good breakfast options during my trip. They also serve dinner and have live music! I have no doubt that I will staying there, again, on my next trip to New London!
