We stayed 3 weeks...to long for January...half the city was closed.comcast tv didnt work all the time .remodeling on top 3 floors started at9am every morning. Restaurant was good.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this location. The room was dirty and the hotel smelled very musty. The bathroom was the worst and there were dirty towels and wash cloths hanging in the bathroom and shower. Everything is very outdated. The only positive I can say is all of the staff there were very friendly and gave good customer service.

I paid a few bucks more to have an ocean view little did I know that was only the 2nd floor and we could barely see the ocean..when opening the door to the balcony the screen door popped off..the beds felt like a literal air mattress there was no comfort..it was not clean by any means there was hair all over the floor in the bathroom..I was definitely catfished, the photos made it looks so cute and homey..pool was great though, kids loved it!

The location is great, the amenities are great though not really available this time of year. This is an old building, but it is not in disrepair. Our room was modern and clean, with just a hint of old school. If you want a good laugh, take a look at the picture. Modern updated bathroom, telephone next to the toilet!

I was not happy with the condition of the property. From the elevator being dirty and unfinished. The room was run down (rust in the bathroom, old black gum in the carpet in room 211). Someone decided to cook in their room on the 5th floor and set the smoke detector off at 4:45 in the am waking all of us up. BUT, our friends on the 6rh foor didnt even hear it. Come to find out, the alarm didnt sound on the upper floors at all, thats terrifying. Worst night of sleep I've had in a long time.

Check-in was easy but as soon as we stepped off the elevator, it was not good. The hallways were dark and dingy with an overwhelming odor. Our room was clean but extremely musty. The AC didn’t work at all.

Bathtub was very slippery and a lot of construction work was being done. My spouse and I went into an elevator with one of the workers having a rolling dumpster with insulation in and we both start coughing.
