Customer service was terrible. I called for extra towels. There where only two bath towels and my family was composed of two adults and three kids. I called for extra towels and was informed that the laundry service was closed. PATHETIC!! I know they hsve extra towels!!!

It is clear that the rooms are occupied by people that live there.
The grounds were not well kept. There were cars parked that appear to not be running, no license plate and full of leaves.
Would not be staying here again.

I was most impressed by the staff, ease of check-in, and most especially the awesome level of soundproofing in our room. I could see traffic from our window including large trucks but could not hear a thing! We slept like babies here! Comfy bed. Everything super clean. Would definitely stay again. Great value.

Although our room was supposed to be ready at 3 pm and wasn’t ready until 4:30 pm, the person at the front desk was very nice. She seemed overworked and deserved more help. She handled the situation very well. My brother in law had the same issue and he had the same experience. The hotel was very clean and quiet.
