Holiday Inn Resort PANAMA CITY BEACH, an IHG Hotel

Everything was great. Just don’t care for the parking situation

The toilet was dirty when we arrived in our room. The front desk compensated by offering us a delicious breakfast and said it would be cleaned. When we came back that evening, the toilet was still dirty. Not good!

Overall, we had an average experience. We went at the end of December 2024. We stayed for 3 nights. The housekeeping service was very lacking. We didn’t ask much of them. We didn’t have them come clean the room on our days there. We did ask them for extra blankets. We were given a couple of thin comforter covers. I asked for a vacuum cleaner on the last day for my vacuum storage bags. I told me it would be bought to room by the house keeping staff. I waited for over an hour. I called to ask if it was coming. I was told it would be coming in 10 min. It never came. I find this to be very disappointing and customer service was very lacking.

The lady who works in the store down by the pool is amazing. She’s been there for our last few stays. Love the bar tenders as well. Very nice and prompt

Pool was not heated

Lazy river is not heated! It’s cold. Main pool is not heated. Didn’t have hot water during part. So no warm showers. But did get free breakfast for that. As we were leaving heard them talking about a gas leak. 12/22/24

Great views

The property was very clean and neat. We enjoyed our a stay. The staff was very friendly and polite. We will definitely stay there again!

Clean room and comfortable beds. Quiet during the slow season. Coffee in the lobby of the hotel was a bit over-priced at $11 for a large latte. Would stay here again but get coffee off site.

Amazing

Beach front resort was amazing. 2 minute walk from room to either pool area or beach. We would love to come visit again! Highly recommend.

Easy access to the beach and great amenities with pool, hot tub, lazy river, etc.

Place is good for the family trips, however as it’s a resort the amenities are nothing more than a few hotels.

Restaurant employees are very rude, not courteous, they includes tip at the ticket so they don’t care about being good servers. If you ask for something they last very long to bring it and in a bad mood. Not recommended

DO NOT MAKE RESERVATION THROUGH EXPEDIA, YOU WILL GET WORST LOCATION ( CHEAP), FIRST THROUGH 3RD FLOOR LOOKING DOWN AT THE POOL NOT GULF. UPGRADE COSTS ADDITIONAL MONEY. CALL IHG DIRECTLY AND MAKE RESERVATION.
