The only complaint we had about the entire stay was the sutomatic light in the entrance blinding you when you stumble to the bathroom at night... And if that's the only complaint Id say that's a pretty dang good stay

The hotel was nice and clean and had better beds than most. We especially liked that they had a resturant that was open late and did the breakfast. Also appreciated that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours.

Let me leave it at this…
-cold (room temp or lower) “HOT” tub
-heater that would blow warm air in winter for a short amount of time and then start blowing cold??
- improperly trained staff alone at desk
- the doors stating to lock for the safety of guests didn’t lock at all.
- our concerns didn’t get addressed properly when brought up.

There has been a $25 preauthorization charge on my card for almost a month now. This is absolutely ridiculous! I checked in on the 27th of November, it’s December 19th, and there’s STILL a pending preauth charge. I will be calling the hotel tomorrow!

The window in room 229 does not close and lock which means the cold air really comes through. Looks like improper installation and also weather stripping

Property was clean was was nice bed was comfy. Only problem was a dog barking through the night but we made it through and it's a pet friendly hotel so understandable. Would stay again but ask for a room not near a pet friendly room.

One of the best places I've stayed recently. The lobby area, pool, and room were all very well cared for, comfortable and clean. We bought the $5 breakfast deal at the restaurant in the building and were very pleased with it.
