Needs Update

It seemed abandoned however like it could have so much potential!

Very old property and room was not maintained properly

This hotel is very dated, has a general dampness throughout, and the rooms all smell like cat pee. At first we had to ask for a new room bc the smell was so bad- but the next room was the same. I realized it’s some sort of cleaning agent they are using in housekeeping. It was strong enough to make me sick. The bathroom was rusty and very much in need of updating. Desperately need new carpeting. I was afraid all our stuff would smell from being there overnight. I definitely would not stay here again, esp for the price. Also- it’s a huge hotel. Think buses full of teenage sports teams. People were running up and down the halls screaming and hoo-rah ing down in the lobby until past 10pm. Learned our lesson booking a room in a big hotel vs smaller one.

Great place to stay

Didn’t like the absence of a free breakfast but I guess I misunderstood what was offered. Indoor pool was ice cold and kind of dated looking. I would choose somewhere else more than likely next time

Great service. Our first room had a leaky faucet. They quickly got us into a different room. We enjoyed the hotel. Staff was incredible. We would have liked better communication as far as the cafe in that it was closed Christmas Day. We did not know that it would be and were counting on it being opened. Otherwise no complaints.

Very convenient location, safe area, with nice features. Parking was free and easy. Pool area was nice. Hotel could use some updating, but overall nice place to stay. Hotel staff was very nice and eager to help with anything needed.

stay there from Friday thru Monday nice and specious rooms. They have a microwave and fridge in the room that is really convenient. Will stay here again for sure.

The staff was very friendly.

The property was not clean on the inside. When we arrived we had to me moved to another room because of a horrible smell. The room we were moved to the TV did not work for 30 minutes. The hallway was dirty. Stuff was on the floor for 2 days. Even after reporting it once we arrived. The noise levels of guest were ridiculous and the front desk did nothing about it but put signs in the hallway saying that it is quiet time from 10:00 to 7 am. It was a mad house until 10:00 at night. I will never stay at this hotel again not even for free.

Pretty average conditions. Staff was helpful, but a bit dated. Definitely could use some up grades.
