Clean, lobby was nice with fresh lemon water. Pool area was clean. Room was clean. My only issue was the air conditioning in the room. We were on the 6th floor and the room never got below 75 degrees. We called maintenance and they said short of replacing the entire unit nothing could be done.

My stay was very convenient. My 10 year neighborhood/high school annual Thanksgiving reunion was located at the hotel, so I booked a room for one night so I wouldn't have to drive home while drinking. Wonderful stay and comfortable clean room.

No one was at the front desk when I arrived for check in, had to wait about 15 minutes before someone came. There was kids in the lobby area thought visit playing, throwing things from the 2nd or 3rd floor down to lobby area at each other. Running through the hallways.

Horrible. The room was dirty. The phone wasn’t working. We booked for 3 people, and only have 2 towels. Couldn’t call reception because the phone doesn’t have a service. The door lock was broken. The floor was so dirty. Blankets and pillows were damp.

Trash in the room when I walked in. A patch wall that needed painting, the room smelled bad and the shower had a hole on the top. Very disappointed
