The staff was great and very accommodating. The rooms were clean but the building is old and needs to be updated! The amenities were ok. What we liked the best was the bar and grill. The selection was amazing and food was very good!! The waiters were efficient and friendly! We were there for the inauguration and received gifts like a Trump hat, pin, pen, thermal gloves and hand warmers…that made our stay even better! We would definitely stay there again! Unfortunately, we couldn’t see the sights because of the cold! Thank you to management and staff!!

Walls are paper thin, you can hear every noise from the inside outside and everything in between. Being next to railroad tracks doesn’t help either.
If the rooms were soundproof this would have been a great place.

Location great, staff is very friendly, clean rooms. Only advice is ask for a room on the front side of hotel. My room was on back side and train runs directly behind hotel. Every 30 minutes it seemed a train would go by. All night.

This is a GREAT location to all the monuments, museums, the National Mall (our favorite!) & just taking a nice walk. It's also a short ride from Union Station. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful. The only downside (but not so much for us) is that there aren't a lot of dining or bar options to walk to if that's what you're into.

They take customer saftey seriously, Elevators to the rooms floors will not function without a room key card that you scan before you select your floor.
The hamburger and fries I got at their bistro was the best I have had in some time.

The location for this property is hard to beat. It's close to the Metro and with walking distance of many major sites. The facility was a little older, but well taken care of and clean. My one complaint was that the bed/pillows were very uncomfortable. But that was a small trade off that was definitely outweighed by everything else.
