Front desk staff were very friendly and answered any questions that I had. My family and I did not have any noise disturbances like we do at other hotels. Breakfast was exceptional in the morning.

The suite we got was super clean and spacious. We loved it. Made us feel at home. The location is great, you have shopping centers, restaurants and a lot of stuff to do around it. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is a good hotel when traveling with family. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is good and location is convenient. The only caveat is that room cleaning is only done every other day.

We arrived late in the evening, front desk young lady was very nice. Room was decent, TV would not load to watch any channels. Restroom floor and shower was not the cleanest I’ve seen, still had dirty areas but was quiet for the one night we need it for.

I was suppose to have a King suite didn’t get they blamed on Orbitz, For 2 days never had Pool towels also needed towels for room had to ask 3 separate times before I got them. I’ve stayed here before and have always had a good experience. I need to find new Hotel after this experience

I will never stay at this hotel again. I found bed bugs in the bed. I have bites all over. I stay at hotels frequently and this has never happened before.

The shower wouldn’t work in both rooms I had. Sent maintenance they cleaned shower head still didn’t fix the problem just had a little water pressure. I was basically told sorry there isn’t anything we can do. I had a no smoking room and it reeked of smoke.

Sheets had yellow stains, smelled musky and internet was down so no tv and we had to be let in by an employee each time we left our room.

The suite we got was super clean and spacious. We loved it. Made us feel at home. The location is great, you have shopping centers, restaurants and a lot of stuff to do around it. We will definitely be staying here again.
