The system was down not allowing anyone to check-in. Given a room that had been clearly smoked in and had a nasty smell. Staff was aware and asked me to see the room before assigning it to me. They were waiting for a deep cleaning crew to get the smoke smell out. Also breakfast did not start till after 7 am but we had to head out by the time breakfast actually started

It’s was absolutely horrible ! I wish I could get my money back. The internet was down, I could not work , I also had the kids with me some they could not access entertainment. The fridge was leaking my son fell in the water Pooled around the fridge , the lamp was broken , they ran out of paper towel and toilet paper for the rooms , it’s was a totally disaster . Never ever going back here and I will be emailing hotels.com for a refund . Stay away

Internet went down - couldn’t check in - manager never shows up to fix it - waited in lobby for 2 hours

Trash next to toilet wasn’t clean before we checked in so we had to deal with that…

We were a family of 5. We used the sofa bed, but it was in terrible shape. Other than that, everything was more than satisfactory. Breakfast was decent.

A most comfortable hotel, with a spacious and well designed room and barheoom. Good mini kitchen. Ideal forca short stay. The breakfast was adequate. Computers in the lobby were a good additional facility for those not carrying their laptops.

Kind front desk team and a really really clean room! I was thoroughly surprised at how clean and nice everything was. Great stay.

I enjoyed my stay so much. Rooms are clean, accessible and equipped for all my needs. Excellent staff- they helped made check-in process easy and fast. Breakfast was delicious and at a convenient time.

Good value for money.. fits for purpose

The front desk staff provided excellent service with the IT issues experienced around the world. The room furniture was definitely out dated, it was old, and didn’t seem clean enough to sit on and be comfortable. The carpet should have been replaced. When you come into the hotel, it has a great updated vibe, but rooms fail To carry on the updated theme. I love the way the breakfast was set up , it was clean and efficient, the rep for that area kept the food replenished. A great addition to the juice bar- was the lemon water. Nice exercise room. I cannot say enough how nice the reception area is, open space great seating. It would be nice to have paper towels since there’s a kitchenette.

It was wonderful

My first night was rocky as I woke up with a skin irritation on my neck, chest, arm and hip. Not sure if I was allergic to the sheets or what but I elected to cover my pillows with my t-shirts and sleep on top of my clothes. I didn’t have any more issues after this.
