Nice people, affordable stay, simple, not luxurious, nice location, food places all around, pharmacy, grocery stores... very convenient. I met the front desk, Juanita, the GM ms Q and ivonne. Very nice ladies!

Terrible experience. TV and heater didn't work and it was 19 degrees that night. All the faucets leaked and everything inside and out was dirty. Only reason we had to stay is multiple fights at DFW airport were canceled and over 1600 people were trying to book hotels and this all I could find.

This hotel was awful! It was filthy, there was a hole in the wall. There was dirt and hair on the bed. It took the front desk clerk at least 30 minutes to come to the window. There was no sign that she was away. As we were leaving there was a homeless person sleeping on their bags on the curb just feet away from someone’s room door. The pictures on your website are NOT what this place looks like. We could not even stay there. We lost the $$ we paid to stay in this place due to a no refund policy. In this case I feel like it should be refunded. We did not feel safe and it looked like a health hazard.

The customer service that Deon provided was great and she can only do as much as she has to work with. We arrived late at night and turned on heater for the night and just turned on the heat and went to bed ( around 2am woke up to a freezing room the temp was at 78 degrees and no heat was coming out) and it was about 50 degrees outside that night so it was unpleasant.

From the get go. No working phone. No soap or shampoo Room stunk like cigarettes No running water to shower in the morning Linen stained Cabinets with no doors Bath shower with cigarette burns Torn window curtains ( cigarette hole burns) Trash on premises Hotel apparently had transients living there and instilled uneasiness and fear to sleep comfortably. Will not recommend this place, not worth the pay to stay!

The rooms are haunted and people are walking zombies . I have to leave the property because of safety concerns and booked another hotel last minute which cost a lot . So Expedia should set some standards and regarding adding hotels to their official app. Still waiting for my refund.

Lady at reception was nice , but the room was dirty and bad smell or cigarette, after I wake up in morning I see water everywhere in room, I asked for room service they said they have no cleaning staff so do by yourself. I stayed there for 2 night with flooded room Horrible experience!

I checked in. The room hadn’t been cleaned after the prior guest checked out. They gave me a different room. The smoke detector over the bed was chirping and nobody was available to fix it. There were no other rooms available, so I left.

The manager was very friendly and apologetic about the issues, but there were definitely issues. I booked a two queen bed room for three people, the room was equipped with full-size beds, not queens. There was no toilet paper. There was no shower liner. We had to buy both of those out of our pocket. For a room with three people staying in it, they would not give us more than two towels. Again, we had to buy some. The towel rack over the toilet was not mounted securely and fell a couple of times. There was either mold or staining along the caulk of the shower stall. The electrical outlets and usb ports on the wall lamp assembly did not work. One of the wall lamps did not have a bulb in it. Again, the manager was nice and apologetic, but we will not use this location again.

The room looked as if it had not been cleaned. There were huge crumbs in most of the drawers and damage to most of the things in the room like the walls and the cabinets. Good luck, trying to find a staff member to help you.

Wow. The staff is very rude. First room was dirty and there was damage to several things in the room. They moved us due to the conditions in the room. Making sure to express their frustrations about us complaining . Very odd behavior and lack of customer service.
