It was absolutely terrible. Very old damaged furniture. No shower gel or conditioner. After a lot of argument got little soap. The microwave had a damaged rotator. The air-conditioning smells. The elevator got broken the second day and was never fixed until I checked out 5 days later.

Place was very dirty. Elevator was broken and was originally on the third floor. We had too much heavy luggage to carry up with a knee injury. We asked for a refund and they would not give us our money back. We were given a room on the first floor but was charged extra. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this place

I never got my money back for reserving the room and they made me pay full price when I was only supposed to pay the other half. It's been three months later and still waiting ony money back for the deposit. I had to wait three hours fory room to be ready, fire alarm was missing, there was a baby roach under the fridge which means the nest is not that far by.

Tidy, but not well cleaned rooms. Unusable kitchen. No trash. Very noisy at night.

I arrived at 11:15pm and the front desk was closed and the parking lot and other guests appeared dangerous and unsafe.

We like because we can walk lots and use the public transportation really easy, so the workers was really nice

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were affordable and had nice amenities. My only suggestion would be to mop/swiffer the floors more often as our floor was a bit dirty.

First of all, the room REEKED of cigarette smoke. it was disgusting. 2. the floor was dusty 3. there's a "stove" top but one burner didn't work , and there was no pots , pans, utensils, etc to use with. I mean, you really think people are going to fly across the country and stuff their carry-on with pots, pans, utensils??? 4. the stupid card key lock took me 10-20 times to get in every single time nearly. it was ridiculous. 5. the blanket on the bed was almost as thin as the sheet! 6. the workers were kind n pleasant. the only good thing , that and the price was ok. 7. no comfy chairs to sit in, so the bed was it. or the table n chairs.

It was a good experience overall through hotels.com. I wish I would have booked everything else through them during my stay, because it was the only service that went smoothly.

One of the worst. Red Roof needs to reconsider its position in the hotel marketplace.

Didn't look clean

The floors are disgusting, turned our feet black. There is extremely unsafe night life. No trash cans or toilet paper or clean towels. There were bed bugs on one of the beds and also found dog poo in the corner. NEVER EVER EVER staying here ever again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.!!! NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY.!!!!!

The motel and room needed some TLC and were not well taken care of. The area was quiet and shopping was nearby which was convenient.

Dingy stairwell. The light ceiling light did not work and I had to grope around in the dark at 2 a.m. to turn on the light by the bed. Was delighted when the night clerk responded quickly. There were so many obviously non functional former call system remnants in the box I had little confidence the AT&T switch with the light would work. It did. I had a comfortable nights sleep. Thank you.

A TERROR SCENE!!!! DISGUSTING FILTHY SMELLS UNKEPT. ELEVATOR BROKEN, DRUG DEALS NON STOP, SMELLS LIKE INSECTICIDE AND STIIIILLLL BUGS CRAWLING THE WALLS. ITS SOOO DANGEROUS THE LOBBY CLOSES, NO SECURITY, THIS SHOULDN'T BE OPERATING TO PUBLIC. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE ATTITUDE FROM LOBBY STAFF. FIGHTS BREAKING BETWEEN RESIDENTS. RUN FROM THIS HOTEL. NIGHTMARE !!!!!!

When reading the reviews before purchasing, I was hesitant. Trust the reviews about this location. Check in was no problem. But outside the property trash was along the property. People hanging outside, there was a couple outside was about to fight. Upon entering the room was a different problem. The door entering the room you have to put your whole body weight on it just to open the door. I reserved for a non smoking room which I received the opposite. What truly made it more sickening, was that there was BLOOD on the bathroom door. I told the front desk, she said blood and I said yes blood. She came and cleaned it up. Her response was house keeping is not doing their job correctly. Clearly they are not. I had to go and purchase cleaning supplies and other items just to feel comfortable even though I was not going to be in the room like that. The entire floor was dirty and sticky, walls were dirty. From all of what I saw I was not taking a chance. This was the worst room I ever been in. It was that bad every time I left I took my luggage with me cause I didn’t know if it would have been in there when I came back in the evening.

Air conditioning was not working, and found a needle in the bathroom. Sink handles were not attached properly and made using the sink difficult. The front desk was very helpful and understanding, and offered a refund. Great service, not so great a place to stay.

Was great

The stay was terrible. I booked for 3 nights and stayed for one night because there was no other choices. Black mold, wood rot, peeling paint, no functioning outlets or tv. I checked out the next morning and the front desk receptionist said they would leave a note for management about my refund. Now they are saying I never checked out or complained.

Bath room walls were run down and damaged, shower head was installed incorrectly, commode was loose from the base, will not recommend this hotel.
