I stayed at Hometown for a week and I enjoyed my stay. Front desk was very nice and helpful. I talked with the new GM in the morning. He told me about the progress that they have made and future plans for improvement. There were no rowdy people on the property. I felt very safe and my room was extremely clean. WiFi was fast. Bed was comfortable. Everything worked in the room and water was hot. There is a nice restaurant and bar on the premises to enjoy a drink in the evening after a long day at work. All in all my stay was great. Recommend to everyone.

We booked and paid online through Expedia as we always do for our company and when we arrived the hotel charged so many additional fees it was crazy. We had cockroaches in our rooms, rooms were filthy and worn down, our heater didn’t work only blew air out-no heat, we had to request towels numerous times, were charged for our registered service dog, the website said they offered continental breakfast, no breakfast.. this place was a joke!! Horrible!!

Booked a room with 2 queen beds for 3 people and 2 small dogs. On arrival got a room with a king size bed to share with my wife and friend. Asked lobby to get us another room for next day, NOT even a single effort was made towards a new accommodation for what we paid for. We should get a half refund at least. Bed had stained sheets and torn comforter, smelled moldy inside the room plus cigarette hallway smell very strong. Broken toilet seat and flush handle. Shower water pressure was really low. Overall NOT a very pleasant experience, will never recommend or stay at this place. Red Roof should close down operations at this location.

Roaches, roaches, roaches. I called down to desk twice all I got was an I’m sorry. I had to check out early. Had to track down manager after already leaving messages and when I finally spoke to manager he said no notes was left from front desk people making him aware of situation. No compensation was offered just a possible future discount for when I return. WHAT?!?!!! I won’t EVER return to be using that. Not taking this serious is a big problem. I spent $100 to stay with roaches ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Best Western plus I found for another night: great full hot breakfast, indoor pool, gym, few dollars cheaper and NO ROACHES!! So sorry didn’t find them sooner. RED ROOF/HOME TOWNE DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!

Once checked in we were given no information on where the elevator was. We wandered for a while before going back to ask. It was over halfway down floor 1. We reached our room and upon opening the door found bugs scattering in the light. The sink was both cracked and also had a constant leak. You couldn’t turn it off. The room overall just wasn’t very clean. All the bedding had stains and spots. There was sticky residue left on multiple surfaces throughout the room. Overall terrible experience. Would not recommend and will not be going back.

Perks: pet friendly, full sized refrigerator, restaurant on property. Decent break spot for long distance travelers. Down side: exits held open with stones so smokers could enter and exit constantly, fire alarm went off at 1:30am and wouldn’t stop, lights were still flashing when we left.

Room had alot of gnats and few roaches. Wifi signal was not strong at all itcwas bcery weak. Couldn't connect to my laptop, tablet or even my phone. The bed was on some metal platform so when u sit or move on bed it sound like drums or a band playing. Other than that the room was big, spacious, clean. I gave it an average

Don’t bother booking this hotel isn’t worth. The rooms are far away, long corridors on the second floors, TV don’t work, beds without covers, only two bath towels and one hand wash cloth, in three days nobody Change or fix bed or clean the bathroom. The pillows on the bed were horrible. The card to open the door didn’t work I have to go back downstairs to get another card to open the door. Stay away from this hotel.

This stay was awful.. It took an hour to check in and 30 min to check out There were bugs crawling in the bathroom Load noises and knocking on our door 2 times throughout the night No black out curtains yet we were right under a street light A man walking around the front driveway from the minute we Pulled in until at least 12 just passing We would have complained about all this to them but it wouldn’t have matter We asked for help with our blinds because they were broken. They came to fix them and tried to show my fiancé how with attitude We had been on an 10 day trip and we were exhausted just need sleep before our flight Needless to say we got no rest yet paid $120 I use hotel.com for every travel and I have never been satisfied
