Great breakfast options, nice area and felt safe, comfortable room.

The property is very clean and new. The bed was very comfortable. It is undergoing renovations and the pool and hot tub was unavailable. This was my main reason for choosing this hotel. Their staff are super helpful and friendly. I did not get my room cleaned during my stay so cannot comment on that since they clean every other day. The breakfast was not very good. I would say a Best Western Breakfast is better. Their eggs tastes like it comes from a carton. Their hashbrowns are dry, microwaved and cold. They oddly had white rice. Their breakfast food was lukewarm if not outright, cold. Their breakfast selection was limited and disappointing. The location is good as it is a 15 minute walk to Alderwood Mall. However, the property does not have a sidewalk, which made it a little bit unsafe.

The property is nice enough, but we just had too many annoying things happen. Upon check in, we were told that the pool was closed for renovations. When we booked several weeks before the stay, there was no indication at that time that this was happening. There was no email or any info communicated through Expedia about this. When checking into our room, we noticed right away that there were beard shavings all around the bathroom sink area. The sink was also backing up slightly. Next, the wifi did not work. The front desk agent was nice enough, but she did not know how to fix it. She mentioned that others had called with the same issue. I was given a number to call for tech support. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with the IT person and had to read her all of the wifi numbers from each all of our devices. She then said it would be escalated and each device would have to be manually put onto the network. The next morning, we had wifi. We also had a problem with the door handle. It wouldn’t open on a few occasions, unless it was lifted up. Pushing down wouldn’t work. Just odd. Lastly, the breakfast was very average. The sausages and waffles were nice, but both mornings, the potatoes were undercooked and the eggs tasted like they were made from a powder.

Everything perfect except for a very troublesome Internet connection whether it’s laptop, phone or iPad stay connected to the Internet there seems like a hassle. Difficult Internet connection is unique to this property

There was so much from the construction that on floor below I had to leave during the day. Many days the tv had only a few channels. We had only one day of true room service. The next two weeks we had to go to the front desk to get towels, which was embarrassing, walking through the hallways with all our towels. We had to empty our garbage and leave it in the hallway as we were told be the staff to do.Several mornings the garbage was still in the hallway when we left. We weren’t told that our dog had to be in her kennel for the staff to enter to clean. Our sheets were never change. When I would walk our dog, there was garbage around the parking lot. Now in the other had, the front desk staff were very kind. The breakfast was ok. You were recommended to us by some friends who had also been displaced by damage to their home.

The hotel itself was fine we did notice there was a lot of noise from the freeway now that we could hear in the room which was somewhat expected a lot of traffic around the mall which was also somewhat expected the main concern was the fact that they were completing and working on several floors on construction and there was noise involved with that also this wasn't disclosed at the time of the reservation so Hilton didn't give us a free parking for our stay as a compensation for the construction

Was tye worst experience at this hotel. We unfortunately stayed when they hosted an xmas party. They put us on the same floor next to all the drunk guest. They were up till after 3am yelling, slamming doors, cursing, banging the walls and floors. My two young kids didnt need to hear all of what was yelled and couldnt sleep. Breakfast was disgusting. Found hair in the eggs in the serving container. Wont be staying here again.

we specifically filter woth pool hitels and this shows up then the pool in on renovations ??? what the ???we are very unhappy paying almost 300 dollars a night …that is not very nice 😞

We booked this and there was no indication the pool was down for renovations. They offered nothing in return and didn’t seem to care that we were not notified. It’s nice but staff is lacking. Also the breakfast is actually gross. Not a true breakfast and the meat option looked like dog food in the pan. Every person complained. Would not stay here again if breakfast and pool is important. They charge for parking which is also ridiculous.

It was our first visit to the hotel. The room was spacious and cozy. The breakfast was good and their dining area is very nice ambiance and atmosphere. Didn’t get to try the billiards room or the pool but makes me want to come back again. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is amazing being so close to Alderwood Mall.

We had a great stay . The rooms were spacious and offering all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The on-site breakfast was really good , coffee bar great ! The location was also perfect, close to key attractions .

Friendly and helpful staff. Lobby, dining area & suites are clean and spacious! Hot breakfast was excellent. Only negative: elevators were very cold and carpet worn or dirty.

Place under renovations but no notice prior to booking that pool closed and door would be open for moving people during the day when it was 30 degrees. A heads up would have been nice. Otherwise great service.
