Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville-Downtown

The hotel was very nice. But Hotels.com booked us the wrong room. We booked a king size suite and Hotels.com booked it as a quenn room with the hotel. I am disappointed in this mix up.

Clean, friendly and convenient

Super nice and close to Broadway. A lot cheaper than the other hotels close to Broadway

The staff members were super nice. Room was clean. Parking is a bit of an issue. The listing implies that there's self parking or valet. Self parking means you have to find a nearby garage or lot. Valet was helpful to direct us to the library garage. The walk to Broadway to listen to music was only 4 blocks.

Definitely will be staying here again

Great location for visiting Nashville. Friendly staff and breakfast was well done. On a negative note, windows on the west side do not block noise from traffic or sirens and were letting cold air in. Fortunately, the heater was able to keep on during one especially windy cold night.

It's hard to find the entrance. A better entrance and sign would be nice. I know it's a weird thing to say, but if you've been there, you get it. Lol.

Great place to stay with a huge suite!

Our room was never serviced but we also kept crazy hours so no blame on them. Easy walk to Broadway and other areas. Quiet

No parking, no nice view.

The parking options are terrible.

Quiet, comfortable, warm, pleasant staff.

Rooms weren’t ready

Overall, it was a great experience. It is very close to the heart of Nashville. Our sheets had some mystery stains but the staff was happy to replace these with fresh sheets. Other than that the room was very clean. We stayed at the beginning of January so this reflected the price we paid for the room.

Enjoyed staying here. Used the valet parking so we could just use Uber to get a ride to downtown Nashville, which was about 5 minutes away, instead of using the parking garages near Broadway. Room was clean and staff was great. We could have walked to downtown, but it was too cold for us to walk. We will definitely use this hotel again when we come back.

We booked and paid for a king room in advance and when we checked in at 7:30pm they said they were out of king rooms. She gave us a queen room but didnt offer any discounts. She also said a lot of the rooms were having HVAC issues but ours seemed to work fine. Room was clean and breakfast was good.

Excellent as always

Kione J. made our day! Our family stayed one night at the Homewood Suites on Church Street in Nashville on Dec. 28th. We needed 3 rooms, and when we arrived, there was an issue with the AC in several of the rooms. The staff was working on fixing the issue, but that meant it was taking longer to check-in. Kione J. was at the front desk, and her customer service, positive attitude, and general patience was a joy to watch. Despite the number of people who were in the lobby, she treated each one with care and kindness. She was funny, engaging, and got all of us into rooms as quickly as possible. Each guest was greeted and treated as though they were the most important person in the room. Our family was treated like family (the ones you like!), and we felt like we had witnessed the definition of hospitality. So, if anyone decision makers are reading this, Hilton has an executive-level leader working its front desk on weekends at the Church Street location in Nashville. She is already an asset to your company, and we hope she has much success in her career.

It’s ok but flush’s WC very noisy and awful view (on the parking lot)
