Homewood Suites by Hilton Salt Lake City-Downtown

Our room was on the first floor. So didn't have to wait for an elevator. The convenience store in the lobby had the items I wanted.

I tend to judge a hotel based on the bed comfort and amenities! The beds here are super comfy and clean and the hotel has plenty of great amenities. New favorite hotel for our frequent trips to Salt Lake City!

TV did have connection to satellite and the staff was unwilling to help. Lots of homeless around which made parking unsafe because the parking is on the Main Street in front. I would not stay there again especially for the high rate.

Would most definitely stay here again if ever coming to SLC again !

Nice clean hotel room. Bathroom a little dated but just fine. QR code parking a little annoying bc they do literal paper printout vs texting it to you like most hotels- but otherwise fine!

Stayed one night for a concert at the delta center. Very roomy and nice! Would definitely stay again for much longer!

Great accommodations, very friendly staff. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

Front staff was nice! Horrible parking situation and only option was paid underground parking which was unfortunate that it was not included. Room had a broken window that was taped up and when I tried to call the front desk they never answered even when I tried to call 4 times. Room was comfortable!

I liked that it was in walking distance to the Delta Center. I didn't like the first street we took across from the motel. It was dirty and full of homeless people.

The bed in the hotel room was too firm. But other than the bed, the breakfast was pretty good. The convenience of the hotel being a few blocks away from The Complex concert venue is a big plus for me and was the reason I chose this hotel. They charge 20 dollars a day for their underground parking garage, but it is a must if you like some security with your parking. However the worst part about my stay was that the fire alarm went off at 11:00 at night while my fiancé and I were trying to sleep on that firm bed. All because someone in the hotel decided to burn popcorn in the building. It woke up the entire hotel but thankfully the fire alarm didn’t last long. It also scared the hell out of some of the guests. The fire alarm was a bit annoying but wasn’t a trip ender. So overall it was still a good stay and the rooms are nice and quiet. I would definitely return to this hotel the next time a concert is happening.

The hotel itself waa excellent, great staff, really clean, a lot of saftey measures, and the rooms were great! Only issue was the surrounding area is pretty sketchy, a lot of homeless people around, especially at night. We didnt mind too much, but something to keep in mind!

Don't let the reviews about homeless deter you from booking this place, it was clean, safe and comforting knowing there was a police officer posted right around the corner. My husband and I walked from a venue back to the hotel and we were fine. I would stay here again as the rooms were clean, breakfast was fantastic, the staff was super excellent and we had free parking (which is on a first come first serve basis)
