Absolutely terrible hotel. We paid $681 for 2 nights and this hotel was a nightmare. The first room we got, smelled absolutely horrible, like an old run down motel. On the pictures it looks like a nice hotel, in person it looks very different, furnitures are probably 20-30 years old. I went to the front desk and complained, they gave us another room. That one was smaller and the toilet was clocked noticing it, when we walked in. When we asked regarding the sofa bed for my son, they said "just pull it out and the blankets are in the closet". I travel with the kids almost monthly, but nobody ever told me to do the bed myself! Also they announced already at check in that housekeeping only comes every two days! Are we still in covid, or are they too cheap to have the room cleaned daily? When I mentioned that this hotel was false advertised and that I don't want to stay in these nasty/ stinky rooms, they couldn't wait to tell us to go somewhere else and it wouldn't be a problem at all, but my $681 and $56 for the parking wouldn't be refunded, but she mentioned then multiple times again that we can go somewhere else. Right! Stealing our money and then renting out the room again? No way. We are forced to stay. Don't go to this hotel! It's expensive, not as advertised, the rooms don't look like the pictures, the staff is rude and they have no problem to rob unsatisfied customers of their money. Run!

Great service

Staff was amazing! We arrived late and the night shift was so polite and welcoming! And when checking out as well no complaints with the staff at all! However the room was horrible the shower head was completely coming out the wall. Finish touches everywhere we’re missing- my husband who has worked in all the best hotels say the shampoo and body wash was the same. So big disappointment there.

Great stay and clutch location, very friendly staff who were all willing and eager to help. Breakfast buffet was a nice touch and yummy. Rooms were comfortable with a nice full kitchen. They only need smart TVs in the rooms and it would have been even more perfect.

Valet parking was too pricey compared to surrounding area.

only downside was getting auto from parking garage at check out on sunday. Not enough staff. one person trying to move and get all automotives. long time to get on the road for a long trip home

Found a roach in the room second day morning, reported to the front desk. They seemed ask the terminator to come and spray and it wool a little while for them to confirm when I called, which made me wonder if they ever did. Overall staff is friendly.

Would I stay at this property again? No. The location was adequate. We still had to use an Uber especially if traveling to the Capitol. The breakfast was fair, at best. The food was always cold, but at least there was cereal, yogurt, and coffee. Twice I asked the front desk to refill the conditioner, and they never did it. There were two washing machines and one dryer. One washing machine didn't work for the first couple of nights, and the dryer wasn't working on two nights. This is unacceptable especially since there are 175 rooms. We packed very little since we flew with only carry-ons. The good things were that the staff was very nice. I even ordered some umbrellas from Amazon and the staff held them until I could retrieve them.
