Beautifully decorated place, gorgeous views of the mountains and a river running right by the patio behind the room. Large comfortable bed with a fireplace and nice shower in the room. Perfectly located in Ouray right next to the Visitor center and Hot Springs pools.

Everyone we encountered who worked here was SO FRIENDLY! The rooms were beautiful and the views were breathtaking. We will definitely be staying here again.

I loved this property and will definitely stay here again….BUT never book though Expedia again. They screwed me by charging me $87.24 more than the actual place Hot Springs Inn charged. I contested this and Expedia would not honor a refund. I will never use Expedia again and will place a review on every website I can to make people aware how Expedia not only jacks up the price but how they won’t make it right!
Don’t brag about saving us money Expedia…you’re not helping us with higher prices than the actual property!

The location is amazing, right on the creek at the entrance to Ouray. The property is just fine with pleasant, cowboy-themed, motel rooms. Breakfast was very basic continental...my only real complaint.

I have stayed here 3 times now. The room is big and I love the king size bed, wish the bathroom room is bigger but that’s a trade off for a big room right!?. Balcony is nice, looking out the river.

I asked for feather pillows and bedding to be removed before arrival due to allergies, and they promptly replied the same day. This is our 3rd visit. The simple breakfast and all-day supply of coffee and tea are very welcome on an early morning and after a tiring hike. Also, we appreciate the affordability of this property.

This is definitely an inn type of vibe, so expect what you would get from an inn. Staff was very friendly and there if you needed anything. We did not have the complimentary breakfast but it was offered.
Rooms are spacious, beds are huge and the balcony overlooking the river was nice and relaxing.
The only issue is the fan was slightly dusty so I did not put it on to avoid any allergies.
Cozy stay.

I would highly recommend staying at the Hot Springs inn. Wonderful staff, hotel is awesome and river walk right there! Walking distance to shopping, eating. Beautiful mountains surround the property 👍
