Hotel 7 Inn Anna

There was long black hairs in the tub drain and on the floor by tub, furniture was dusty, Not enough towels provided, nightstand drawer pull was unscrewed & hanging. No milk or creamer provided for coffee and very slim offerings for breakfast. Luckily we brought our coffee pot and snacks, but had to buy creamer. No refrigerator and we had items needing refrigeration. We were put in a handicap room not knowing that you have to ASK specifically for a refrigerator. No bedspread on our bed. Room was just bare and not clean. Lady said she just cleaned our room. We couldn't watch TV bc we couldn't find remote. Found out the previous cleaners washed remote in bedding. Got another remote from front desk, but the batteries were so low we kept getting message about low batteries. Nothing was available to watch except football. If they have Direct TV, there should be a few programs to watch, but we had nothing to watch.

Friendly staff

A week ago I stayed in one of their rooms that had not been cleaned. The towels were dirty the jacuzzi tub was full of dirt in the bottom there were dog prints on the blankets on the bed nothing had been wiped off nothing swept. I had to clean the room myself when I told the girl at the front desk she said oh the housekeeper that quit must not have cleaned it and not once offered me a clean room or to have it cleaned.

Well for starters my had holes in the wall and ceiling. Also weird stains on the bed sheets. There were bugs in everywhere in the hotel including the rooms. And also if you are African-American this town is not for you!!

The breakfast (cold) was very limited. The entire facility is in need of an update. The towels were very poor quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not a bad value for the price.

The staff was great but the bathroom was dirty the towels stained, toilet had toilet paper in it from previous renters and hairs on shower. The bed was terribly stiff woke up aching. The atmosphere was very quiet. The decor was ok. I would rate it higher if it had been cleaned.

Ask the ones who work there

Upon arrival the employee is out front doing drubs with a man that appeared to be homeless. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana. I felt like I was sleeping in the most dangerous place in town. The towels in my room were dirty. The shower spat out water in every direction from a broken shower head. The bed has a metal ring around it that made a horrible sound every time I got on it or even shifted while sleeping. The TV worked, that was about the only positive thing I can say about the experience. If I owned the place I would immediately fire everyone raise prices to keep the shady people away and a complete remodel since it hasn’t been touched since 1972. I run several companies, stay in hotels regularly, and this was by far the worst. But it’s the only hotel within 50 miles so out of pure lack of options is why I didn’t just eat the cost and go somewhere else.

The bed was so comfortable and clean

The rooms are outdated there was a hole in our wall and the ac didn’t work good and very loud was woken up several times from people coming and going all hours of night.

We stayed here one night and it wasn’t good at all. Right away we noticed the sign from the hotel was off the building so we weren’t for sure it was the right place. There was a piece of paper on the front door stating they were under construction, but it was obviously just an excuse for the poor condition of everything. Coffee table in the room was broken on one side. The jacuzzi tub had dirt and human hair on the inside of it and the front panel of it was broken off. The rear entrance lock was broken so people could come and go as they please. We went out to breakfast because the hotel breakfast consisted of a couple of stale cereal choices and frozen waffles that had seen better days. Not an enjoyable stay.

Everything was perfect as expected.

The bathroom was very dirty. The toilet was stained and dirty. There was mold around the tub. The refrigerator did not work. There was a musty smell to the room. Exterminator spray odor was strong throughout the hotel especially in the hallways. I walked across the carpet in my socks, and they turned a very dirty brown color. The beds were clean; otherwise, I would have left. At the entrance to the back stairway, multiple cars were parked haphazardly with music blaring and lots of pot smoking. I was awoken at 5 am with music blaring from the parking lot. And then a fight ensued with loud screaming and cursing in the room across the hall.

We did not appreciate the fact that the owner laughed at us when we asked if they offered a military discount. My husband is a veteran and it was very insulting! The room smelt like mildew and the sheets had burn holes in them even though it said it was a non smoking facility. Outside of this the stay was satisfactory.

No maid service unless you go to front desk and remove Request it and if you lodge a complaint I

Dirty scrubby the staff in the morning was rude. Was supposed to get a sleep 6 with a in room spa tub. Spa tub was gross. Had to clean and wipe down area ask for extra pillow and get shampoo and towel. Room reservation got messed up. Then threatened to charge me for their screw up

I love it

This property was rather run down with the amenities, but I found the core services were very good. The bed and linens were done just right and clean. Bathroom was totally clean. The property has a lot of badly run down furniture. A/C worked perfectly, and the basic fridge was all good too. I enjoyed that it was a more low tech / low traffic & motel style, I found this more quiet in the mornings and evenings. There was plenty of comfortable lobby space also, and it was very comfortable given it was a heat wave. It is far away from the connecting highways, but there is a Walmart to shop nearby.

Checked in around 5:30am due to bad storms and having to drive very slow. Went up to my room and sat on the Futon take my boots off and my butt touched the floor. Finally was able to get about 3hrs of sleep after unwinding from the drive and getting a shower. My friend chose the bed by the restroom , I took the bed by the window. Started to doze off and rolled over and the bed flipped off the box that it’s on. Went down to the front desk at 9:30 to complain the lady was very rude and nasty. She asked if it was the bed by the window and I said yes, then after continuing to be nasty, started saying that she knew about the futon but not the bed? Why did she know which bed flipped me into the floor??? Worst stay ever!!!!
