We came to the W New Orleans for the Eras Tour and we could not have had a better experience. We loved the location in the French Quarter. Perfect walking distance to just about anywhere we wanted to go. Our room was wonderful and the check in and check out experience was a breeze.

Quick trip with my daughters. Great room and the second best bed I have ever slept in ( mine is #1 ). Great location to everything the French quarter has to offer. It was quite in are room and the A/C worked like magic! Would suggest to all my friends that visit NOLA. Thank you!

Beautiful property, easy walk to everywhere, wonderful staff, quick to take care of any issues—we asked for a room change due to noise and got one immediately. Would absolutely stay here again

From the moment we checked in, it felt as though all staff focus was on our departure and not making the stay worthy of the W-brand. The lack of attention to detail and willingness to put customer interests above personal management gripes is something I have not experienced before.

Arrive late in the night, it was a weird set up how to park. I felt uncertain but since it was after 2am I needed to get rest from traveling all day. Got to the room and the smell of mold was terrible. I woke up to a fire alarm going off at 10 am. went to get coffee and left. I do not recommend this place at all.

Ashely is an asset to the entire brand whatever this facility does they need to make sure they keep her. There is always a difference in the level of service provided when the staff cares about the guests. Ashley made sure our stay was exceptional. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on my next visit.

I stay all the time, but this time checkin was after 4pm. Swimming pool out of service for a day or two. Elevator was not working for a day or two, I had to take the stairs. And $27 a day??? I probably won’t stay there again.
