beautiful, large and clean room, modern and updated fixtures, nice lobby, fantastic bed!

Everything is brand new. Great location.

The bed, linen, and pillows in this hotel are fantastic. I slept really well. The room was large. Lacked a mini fridge and other amenities. Management availability was uneven. There were noisy air compressors outside of our rooms that you could hear acutely.

THE STAFF WAS GREAT

This is my second time staying at this hotel the first time was excellent however this time was not so good. I stayed in room 313 and the air conditioner made a very loud noise as it was coming on each time which made it very hard to stay asleep. There was no refrigerator in this room. They also should’ve told me that this was an adjoining room and I would have asked them to move me as I was by myself and did not feel safe.

After 4 delays from Florida to Atlanta when we arrived the service was exceptional. The bartender for the evening was so kind and exceptional we just hung out and forgot about the bumps in the road. Breakfast was excess well. I wish the pool was deeper but all was great

Toilet seat was loose. Shower only had shampoo and conditioner no soap.

My husband and I went here for a staycation for our anniversary this weekend. It was very comfortable and peaceful. And Clean! Our only qualms is that there is no fridge in the room and the tv doesn’t have updates to where you can stream i.e. accessibility to Netflix. Also, we were on the second floor and there was no ice in the ice machine. Otherwise great and these are only little things- I would book again!

Been staying here for years. Location is great; property needs updates. AC did not work in the room.

Not your standard cokkie cutter hotel

Carpet in hallway on the third floor where we stayed was filthy. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Toilet struggled to clear when flushed. Housekeeping knocked in door in the am in spite of the do not disturb sign on the exterior doorknob. Not impressed.

Great breakfast!

I stayed in room 229, the loudest room imaginable. Outside the room was an a/c compressor which cycled loudly every 5 to 7 minutes all night long. When the air came on in the room, it sounded like a freight train. Not good for rest too say the least

Great bed and pillows, great staff = great stay! AC woke us up several times. No option to keep fan running. Was disappointed not to have a mini fridge and/or microwave

it was cold and heat never got above 73 degrees. walls are pretty thin. shakes a lot.

The staff and shower was great!!! But the for cleanliness not so great! The sheet had hair in them...a nice size ball of hair. I wasn't sure if it was human or dog. I made a complain and was moved to another room that was supposed to have a balcony but it more like a guardrail for adult. We was offered some points but staff. This is the 2nd time i have stay in a ihg chain hotel and there was dog food under the bed the 1st time. I'm just convinced i will never stay at an ihg chain again. Can't ever get a can room....smh

Great staff. Super friendly too. The only thing I didn't like= no refer or micro in the rooms.

Clean stylish rooms, amazing front desk staff, nice amenities, restaurant and location. Only thing I didn’t like was guests were very loud after hours outside on patios near the pool which I could hear from the lower level of my room.
