Hotel Indigo ATLANTA AIRPORT - COLLEGE PARK, an IHG Hotel

My stay was very quiet and peaceful. My only grip is had to pay for a buffet style breakfast that wasn't worth it at all.

I’ve stayed here before and had a pretty good experience. My most recent experience was not very positive. The food in the restaurant was terrible (though Zoe the Bar tender was very nice). No flavor and very bland. The machine that Zoe would use to cash me out was broken so I had to go back to the front desk. Ms. Yolanda was the only one working up there and they’ve gotten a new system that she was getting used to. Had to wait quite a bit to pay for my boring chicken sandwich and I couldn’t even top Zoe on the receipt. Bed was comfortable as always and the room was clean. The chair at the desk was torn up and taped up and I don’t remember it being that way before. Though checkout is at 11, I was awaken 3 times this morning with staff trying to get into my room as early at 8:30. No one announced themselves as staff and I’m glad I had the lock on the door. When I was finally leaving around 10:45, I spoke to the young lady in the hall and she was very curt. Again, that’s has not been my experience there in the past. I heard the hotel was under new management and I hope that whoever is coming in is able to address some of what I’ve listed here. Ms. Yolanda at the front and Zoe in the bar area were very pleasant and quite nice.

Property is clean, smells good, staff is awesome. Alittle gem by the airport.

Overnight airport hotel stay. Shuttle every 30 minutes. Small restaurant. Spacious room. Overall good experience

The beds were incredibly comfortable.

Wasn’t able to use veteran rates due to booking through Hotels.com Also wasn’t able to use IHG points until cancellation and rebooking for one last night stay.

what I did not like, is that on the website said they had transportation to the airport, they don't have it

Love Indigo. Stayed there multiple times for in town getaways. Hate that I have to pay for parking. Ugh

Clean room

I had got a balcony room for this time of year was not a good choice room was cold ask if they had a space heater did not but do give extra blankets, they might want to invest in heaters in those rooms for future reference

Pubic hair on the towels...need i say more (spoiler alert there is more).

The room was very spacious, the staff was the best and most friendly staff I have had the pleasure to meet. Everything was perfect!

I have never been treated as poorly by a hotel than tge ones you iffer as well as your own customer no-service. I am finally y finished using yours servicex

Hotel was very nice, staff was excellent..the outside had alot of trash in the parking area but very pleased with our stay!!

Overall a good stay for one night.
