Hotel Indigo CLEVELAND-BEACHWOOD, an IHG Hotel

I like this property much more than the Embassy Suites down the street from it. It is much cleaner and the beds and rooms are more updated.

Our tv didn’t work and neither did the phone to call the front desk. They didn’t seem to care and never took care of the issue.

Friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean. Beds/pillows very comfortable. Quiet. Easy access on/off highway. Reasonable price.

Was a normal hotel. The painting in the units could be updated and the stand-up showers could use a good clean.

The hallway smells cigarette all the time No food available only breakfast Restaurant next door but super overpriced $$$$ Check in was horrible wait hours nobody was available

It is a nice hotel with friendly staff at the front desk. The only complaint is the water for my shower was luke warm. The faucet was on the hottest setting but no really HOT water.

Shower leaked

The hotel was filthy!! The steakhouse attached was old with sticky floors and dirty carpet smell, not to mention horribly over priced liquor!! Horrible experience for myself as well as the large group of family members.

Good last minute booking. Hotel is very quiet and beds are comfortable. It is conveniently located near restaurants. Cleaning and maintenance could be improved.

one night stay after a reception close by. The corridor in the hotel is winding, long,& spooky. It is striving for that Boho look and feel, but it is not working. I wouldn't stay there again as there are better hotels close by

problem with check in, we waited 1.5 hrs for someone to show up to check us in and about 10 other couples/families. Someone didnt show up for work. The assistant Manager was called and came in, he was very apologetic and kind. However waitimg that long was not an ideal situation.

I’ve stayed here a zillion times before. Use to actually live near it and would just do mommy stays ya know. This time we no longer live here and recently stayed again we just knew we were good. WRONG! The day of check out at 9:05 a.m the hotel staff didn’t knock, verbally say anything they just tapped the card and tried to come in. We were all still just laying down. Then they didn’t say sorry. Around 930 my father came, and I walked out to meet him while my kids were packing the room. AGAIN while I wasn’t in there the hotel staff opened the door. No knock or verbal nothing. My kids were terrified. Check out is at 11. 10:59 here they go calling the room as we were literally walking out. We like what a way to say get the heck out. With all the child trafficking that was not okay. And I recommend no one stay here. Especially if staff just walking in unannounced.

When we arrived at the hotel, there were 20 people waiting to be checked in and no one at the desk. In fact it didn’t seem like anyone was at the hotel to help us. It felt like the staff had walked out. Most had been there 30 minutes or so. About 30 minutes after we arrived someone finally came to check us in. He arrived at work and quickly helped us get into our rooms. Several people were calling hotel indigo and were not getting any service or help.

Rooms were clean but shower leaked onto the floor in the bathroom—needed sealed. Enjoyed the lobby

We stayed 2 night as a part of our summer vacation. It was not a good stay, and don't recommend this location. The problems we encountered: the shower was terrible, such low pressure it took forever to rinse off; the toilet would only flush if the lever was push down a specific way; the comforter on the bed was very dirty/stained; we requested extra pillows but were told they had NONE; there was a very large religious group staying at the hotel with NO supervision. They were running up and down the halls, slamming doors and yelling until after 1:00am. Would not stay here again.
