Hotel Indigo GAINESVILLE-CELEBRATION POINTE, an IHG Hotel

Overall a great place to stay. The only negative was so little warm water for the shower that getting clean required some fortitude that was a bit hard to muster when we only wanted comfort.

I stay here everytime Im in town for Cancer treatment at UF. Even though other's offer a discount Im at the Indigo because of the exceptional staff clean rooms and The Homey feel. You can't buy those things they have to be felt and offered. Thanks everyone for this last stay....Fantastic as always

The hotel is great! Unfortunately the hotel was experiencing elevator issues and we had to use the stairs to bring our luggage up and down. We were on the 6th floor.

Clean and convenient

Great customer service, very comfortable bedding, very friendly staff. My only poo-poo is the lighting in the bathroom is bad. VERY dark near sink, could barely see my face. Also wish they had a microwave in the room. I’d give it 4 1/2 stars out of 5.

Clean, nice, new, in good area with restaurants in walking distance. We did the breakfast included deal, which was a little confusing - the lady told us it was only $30 off, and i had to go to the front desk to pay the rest, but I feel like they took off more. They just have to work on that service. Otherwise, was only there 1 night and had a great night.

The elevators for the property were continually out of order. I booked a handicap room and the room was very spacious and clean. My issue was with the front desk staff person that was no help whatsoever with the elevators. I mentioned to him on more than one occasion about the elevator and asked if there was another one that could be used for disabled son. He said there was not so we would have to take the stairs. Upon coming back from dinner the elevators were out yet again. This time a different front desk person was escorting guest to the service elevator that miraculously appeared!

Good morning of checkout from 7:00 until check out I don't know if they were working or if it was a family with kids above me but it was bad. Then when you tell the receptionist she nice but very phony about it but overall love the location enjoyed myself!
