Hotel Indigo MIAMI BRICKELL, an IHG Hotel

The property was nice, & looked exactly as presented online. Valet was prompt & quick. Plumbing issues did arise towards the end of our stay, and were not rectified before check out - however the hotel did compensate us for these issues.

Service is poor in all areas compared to the cost.

Nice property, well located. Check in desk is constantly busy. Room was not ready when I was arrived so I left my luggage and was promised a call when I could check in. However that call was never received. Around 11pm a hotel employee woke me up pushing a linen cart with his phone blaring loudly in the hallway. Not until I got out of bed and asked him to be more considerate was the volume turned down. Overall a good stay and would return but some areas for improvement.

This is a very noisy property! The walls are paper thin and there is an EMS/Fire station across the street that is super busy! The food in the property while good is super expensive. It appears this is an older property and fortunately we were there for one night only!

I didn’t particularly care about this property. First of all the toilet never worked. They came up and tried to fix it, but couldn’t fix it. The washing machine didn’t work. We never receive face towels. After the first day we never received face towels. I will never stay at this property again. The manager tried to accommodate us the best he could, but the equipment in the hotel was not good at all Dishwasher didn’t work wash machine didn’t work no face towels after the second day. I asked to be switched to another room, but they never switched me. How would you like to be on vacation with the toilet that don’t work the front of the hotel was a mess people checking in people checking out valet parking was unbelievable, right around the traffic area of the city. It was unbelievable. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I wouldn’t recommend sending no one to that hotel. I can’t believe it was part of you guys list.

We got two connecting rooms, for 4 of us. Two adults and two kids. Every day house keeping came and only cleaned/tidied one room and not the other. The first two days we rushed out and were gone for the entire day. On day 2 I didn’t think I’d need to say anything re the housekeeping but once again the room was not done. On day 3 I had to put in the request at the front desk when I was leaving out. Also on day 2, we needed new towels. I called front desk a few times. No one answered. When I finally got through to someone, they kept putting me on hold and then it took half an hour to get new towels. I had to call back again to check on it. It really delayed my day. Otherwise everything else was good.

Hotel great, walking distance to restaurants

I felt our room was average. I did not realize until this morning we were on the 14th floor and we had no phone. We had to go downstairs and get our toilet paper. It was only then that I realized we had no phone. That is totally not ok. For an update 2 hours later my husband had a heart attack getting on a cruise ship. They had medical people, but, actually a cruiser nearby was who saved his life. If we had been on the 14th floor with no phone he would be dead. That is totally not ok.

There was an issue with the booking. The manager stepped in quickly, solved the issue and upgraded us to a suite. Everything about the stay was perfect!

El agua caliente en el baño no funciona, tienes que hacer trucos de hotel viejo para que pueda salir. Era imposible tomar una ducha caliente inmediata por culpa de eso. Reporté el problema y me dijo el de la recepción que tenía que abrir la llave del lavabo para que pudiese salir caliente en la regadera. Es ridículo para un hotel en Brickell. La ubicación es excelente, las camas muy cómodas y las habitaciones siempre muy limpias.

It is amazing, very very clean and comfortable, plus it is very convenient for self traveler. Easy access to all the local transportation including metro bus, metro rail and free ride metromover in the city.

This hotel was very easy to check in and you’re greeted with a mimosa. Key card gives access to elevators and floors so I felt safe knowing that anyone that should be there wouldn’t be there. Hotel has a very nice restaurant and bar as well as complimentary breakfast on the 24th floor. Gym facility was small but got the job done. Was able to walk to all the restaurants I wanted to visit like Sexy Fish, Rosa Sky, Komodo, La Fayette. 5 minute walk to brickell city center. Room was a decent size , bathroom worked well.

Enjoyed staying here. Great location, and the staff were very helpful and kind. Nice spacious rooms. Great price for Brickell, a good value.

Great all weekend, but loud construction on weekdays.
