Wonderful staff and service

There were a few small issues I had, I was not able to regulate the heat in the room, the laminate flooring was chipped in several places and it is loud when other guests walk on the floor above

We had a beautiful 3 night stay and spent the day at the connected spa. We loved the bar on the 2nd floor

Everything was clean and various restaurants/shops to visit.

Christmas proved to be a busy time for Hotel Indigo, but the staff truly went above and beyond to attend to our needs during the stay.

Clean, big room. Coffee in the lobby until 10:30.

After paying the full price over $600 I still got charged almost $90 for additional fees. The hotel is not a resort, those fees should not be added. They have snacks in the rooms at extra charge, these should be complementary if the hotel charges extra resort fees. These are unnecessary to have in a room, because the hotel already has a market for guest to purchase. Only 2 thin shower towels for 4 guests, just unacceptable. No microwave, no access to drinking water and the ice machines are difficult to located. The breakfast was great and worth it, the servers are great. The PM bar service was not very welcoming. Nice hotel but the $$$ is not worth it.

Perfect downtown location, on the riverwalk and close to great restaurants.

The staff are top notch and everyone is accommodating and professional!

Convenient hotel to river walk and shopping

We spent the Thanksgiving week here visiting friends. First time in Naperville. Really nice hotel with an incredibly friendly staff. We had the river view which was nice and worth the extra cost. If you’re staying in Naperville this is the place to stay. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars. Wine bar and ice cream right next door. And about a 15 minute walk to the METRA train station. It was very cold so we used Uber which was less than $10 with tip.
