Hotel Indigo SARASOTA, an IHG Hotel

Excellent property. Great amenities. Super staff. Reasonable price, good value. I’d stay there again.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Airport shuttle service was a big plus for me. Shuttle driver was very knowledgeable of surrounding area. Many restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

Very clean, comfortable mattress, nice soaps, eco friendly- water bottle in room, dispenser on each floor. A little bit of a walk(10 min) to Main Street retail shops.

Super friendly staff and a wonderful location. Would definitely stay here again. Did spot a bed bug on the nightstand on the way out unfortunately. Everything else was 10/10

Excellent service. Breakfast was great sorry I don’t remember the servers name - tall …. Very nice! Front desk agent Kau?? Not sure of the spelling efficient and friendly. Happy Nee Year!

I like the property. It is clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in was awful! There was only one person for 10 in line; felt so bad for Kia! Then finally, someone comes out to help after about 20/30 minutes. The room was ok, definitely need more cleaning in the bathroom. It was not clean…. Room 422. The breakfast we ordered next day, don’t… we had some one the worst food and no utensils… had to call downstairs to get some. Day old coffee. 2.5….

The water tastes great! The sheets were comfy. The tapas were fun light bites.

The property is in a wonderful location, very well lite, within walking distance to dinning. The staff especially the restaurant staff is amazing. Karen was AMAZING!

Wonderful staff!

We picked the hotel mainly because of its good location. It's very close to the seashore and also close to bus lines that takes you to siesta beach. They also offer shuttle bus to Lido beach (and the driver is super nice). The surrounding area is also pretty safe, as we walked back to the hotel after 9 pm and didn't see any unfriendly people. The room is spacious and clean. I spent some extra money on purchasing the breakfast when I booked the room, which turned out to be a 35$ coupon. Their breakfast is freshly made bistro breakfast rather than the continental breakfast that you see in most hotel.
