It’s right by the stadium so we didn’t have to pay for parking there. Staff were nice. Breakfast was ok. Could be better. It was nice to have coffee available all day and evening. Thanks!

This hotel was fine for its intended purpose which was to attend the AFC championship game. Arrowhead Stadium is within walking distance from the hotel, which was why we chose it. The morning after the game the hotel lobby was trashed and nobody made any efforts to clean it up. My son found a pill on the floor in our hotel room and there were red splotches on the walls that I couldn’t tell if they were food or blood, the phone in the room did not connect to the hotel lobby and we had a situation where a random gentleman was constantly knocking on our door at 5 AM and I had to look up the hotel number and use my phone to call the main desk for assistance with the gentleman. There are at least two other hotels right by arrowhead within walking distance and when we go to another game, I will choose one of those other hotels.

A $100 room deposit was held and was told 3-5 days the deposit would be credited back to my card 9days later nothing. And good luck reaching the hotel directly

Nothing to complain about. The property is older but was clean. Front desk was excellent. Not much in area besides Arrowhead stadium, not hotels fault.

We stayed at the Hotel Lotus as a family and chose this hotel for its location to Arrowhead. You can’t beat the location as you can easily walk to the stadium (10 mins) and beat all the traffic getting out. The rooms are clean (as is the hotel) just dated. The breakfast on the first day was okay, however the coffee was way too strong and full of grounds. On the second day, my orange juice was hot. Convenient breakfast though, for those looking to grab something quick. Nothing fancy, the usual hotel breakfast. There isn’t much around the hotel, so if you’re looking for nightlife or restaurants, you won’t find that here.

The bed could use an update. Otherwise, very quiet and comfortable stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They give you a parking pass to display in your window. Parking is in the back of the building. The back entrance has its own little mini lobby feel with a seating area and table. This made it feel more inviting when entering through the back entrance.

We were not able to stay at the property. It was advertised on Travelocity as pet friendly, but upon arrival we were told it was only dog friendly (and we were traveling with a cat).
